Prepared using only four essential ingredients – Caputo flour, sea salt, cold water, and sourdough starter – our dough is left to ferment for 24 hours to ensure a light, authentic flavour. We use an Italian oven heated to 450°C to bake each pizza quickly, creating a crisp crust with a soft interior, perfect for true Neapolitan pizza enthusiasts.
