Prepared using only four essential ingredients – Caputo flour, sea salt, cold water, and sourdough starter – our dough is left to ferment for 24 hours to ensure a light, authentic flavour. We use an Italian oven heated to 450°C to bake each pizza quickly, creating a crisp crust with a soft interior, perfect for true Neapolitan pizza enthusiasts.

Lo conocimos de vacaciones porque estaba cerca de nuestro apartamento y se convirtió en un “no te lo pierdas” de la zona para nosotros. Terraza súper agradable, ambiente bueno y la comida es increíble. Las pizzas son espectaculares (destacamos la assessina y la sexy buffala, ya que nos encanta el picante, pero hay muchas más opciones).
